Minimum Hiring Wage:From $18.89 per hourJob Details:Scheduled Hours: Day Shift, every other weekend rotationJob Description:Works under direct supervision of Emergency Department RNs, in collaboration with hospital pharmacists, performing review of patient home medications: entering and updating the list of these medications assuring appropriate dose, route, frequency and duration of therapy for patients to be admitted thru the Emergency Department. May perform these duties for ED patients who are treated and released as assigned. Delivers care to patients and assists the Registered Nurse in monitoring, observing and reporting reactions to treatments. Participates in the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing . Qualifications:Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pharmacy Technician License or Equivalent Certification
Computer and Typing Skills
